This safari was one of the highlights of our trip to Sweden.

We started in Klässbol and spent the evening exploring the surrounding area with our guide, Martin. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. Martin was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about moose and wildlife but also about life in Sweden in general. You could tell how passionate he is about nature, and he was always happy to answer questions and share fascinating insights.

Although we only saw one moose briefly, the experience was still absolutely worth it. We spotted many deer and even wild boar, and one of the most memorable moments was watching two stags fighting over territory in the wild. Seeing such natural behavior up close was something I’ll never forget.

I also learned a lot during the tour, especially how to distinguish between different animals and better understand their behavior. The safari felt like much more than just a wildlife tour—it was an opportunity to learn and experience nature from a completely different perspective.

Everything was perfectly organized. Food, drinks, and binoculars were provided, so all we had to do was enjoy the experience.

If you’re looking for an authentic wildlife adventure in Sweden with a guide who truly loves what he does, I can wholeheartedly recommend this safari. Thank you, Martin, for an unforgettable evening!

We went on a moose tour with Martin at the end of may 2026 and were able to explore the many wonder of Swedens nature. Thanks to the knowledge of Martin we saw moose, deer, a badger and mountain hare. Martin was able to give us answers to all our questions about Sweden and its nature.

Martin is een fijne man, met veel kennis over de natuur en de dieren die er in de omgeving zijn.

We hebben tijdens de tour 2 elanden, een vosje, een damhert, veel reeën, wilde zwanen en ganzen, veel soorten vogels en een uilskuikentje gezien.

Martin neemt de tijd en legt alles goed uit.

I decided to choose Martin for my 5 day fishing bucket list trip in Sweden. Best decision ever! Martin is very knowledgeable, his equipment is top range. Martin’s focus is getting you to the right fish you want to catch. He is patient, helpful and a pleasure to be with on the boat. Lunch and snacks on the boat are top class. We caught 120 Pike over 4 days, unbelievable experience. I highly recommend Martin with no hesitation. I’ll be back next year.

I had a fantastic fishing trip with Martin. Due to the strong wind, fishing was difficult, but thanks to Martin’s professional approach, we still managed to find a beautiful spot. I was there with my 14-year-old son, and we both enjoyed ourselves immensely! Everything was taken care of, including a delicious lunch with soft drinks and a mouthwatering hamburger! Besides explaining the proper way to fish, it was nice that Martin also had an eye for nature and his surroundings. He has a lot to tell about that too! We even fished a bit longer, and that was great fun! Communication with Martin was also very pleasant. In short: highly recommended if you are in the area.

Such a great trip and definitely worth doing! While you can never guaretee the wildlife, I was very lucky to see an array of birds and mammals including several moose!! And a wild boar with her 6 piglets!

Martin is very knowledgeable and passionate not only about the wildlife itself, but the protection and management of the ecosystem on the whole. He also has incredible sight, spotting the animals from afar and when camouflaged in the woodlands. The 4 hours flew by!

We stonden met een camper in Klässbol, en we werden door Martin bij de camper opgehaald. Martin is een super sympathieke man die zijn passie en liefde voor de natuur en Zweden graag met je deelt. Met de verrekijkers die Martin mee heeft zijn we op pad gegaan en hebben we heel veel gezien wat Zweden te bieden heeft. Zowel bloemen en planten als reeën en als klap op de vuurpijl ook Elanden. Dit is echt een aanrader als je meer wilt weten van de Zweedse natuur, en misschien zie je dan ook nog wel een eland.

We wanted to experience Värmland during winter time, since we only experienced the summer here. Martin helped us out with a really nice typical Swedish house. The house was located in a small settlement close to the lake, the woods and Arvika only 30 minutes away. In the house you had an amazing view with and you have everything you’ll need during your stay.

Martin knows a lot about the area around the lake, the animals but also about the town of Arvika where you can find lots of local shops. If you want to drive a little further (1 hour) you can see the bigger city Karlstad where you can also enjoy some Swedish Hockey League hockey (tip).

Martin can provide you with some nice hiking trails in the surrounding area. Besides that I would advice to bring your skates if you like skating outdoors. And if the time is right you might drill a hole with Martin to catch some fish!

I would 100% recommend Martin to be your guide in Sweden because of his local knowledge, availability during the stay and kindness.

Extra tip: you can bring your dogs!

Spent three great days with Martin on the lake and will return one day for some more !

Martin was extremely helpful both on and off the water and I was very impressed by his equipment and knowledge of the local waters.

Great Beaver tour! Martin took my husband and I on his boat for a beaver tour on one of the lakes near Arvika. We saw many Beaver on a peaceful and secluded lake. We entered the lake gently and quietly at sunset. We had great views of multiple Beaver. We even saw one get out of the water to feed and we also saw an old dam. The lake was completely secluded with no other people or boats present. We were also lucky enough to see other wildlife such as Eagle, Osprey and Cranes. It was a real privilege to see these animals in the wild from a boat and we would definitely do it again! Martin is a very knowledgeable and easy going guide!
