Dag al geboekt?
Is een dag al geboekt (rood of oranje) of niet beschikbaar om te boeken? Neem dan even contact op voor de mogelijkheden! In de meeste gevallen kan ik namelijk één of meerdere activiteiten plannen op dezelfde dag.

1. The company “Martin van Esch Fishing and Outdoors” is located in Sweden, therefore Swedish laws and regulations apply.
2. Participation in the moose safari, boat fishing and ice fishing trips are at your own risk. We expect you to be able to swim and/or possess swimming certificates. Children are the full responsibility of their adult guardian or parent.
3. Life jackets and other safety equipment are on board for any emergencies. From a safety standpoint, these should be worn.
4. If weather conditions prevent the trip from going ahead, another date will be chosen in consultation with you. The guide, Martin is the one deciding if the weather is safe or not.
5. The guide, Martin van Esch may one-sided decide to cancel the appointment, without approval of the other party.
6. Any damage caused by you to the boat, car or equipment that is present during the trip may be recovered from you by written liability.
7. Use of rods, lures and fuel is included in the price. Of course, you may use your own material.
8. You must have a valid ID card, driver’s license or passport present. For fishing trip: a fishing license with the corresponding fishing water(s) is required. As mentioned on the fishing pages, this can be provided at cost price by us.
9. Guide Martin van Esch reserves the right and copyright to use all photo and video material taken on the trip for advertising purposes on social media, such as: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and/or use on the website martinvesch.com
10. Catch and release only!
1. A down payment of 50% of the total price must be paid after booking. Your booking will be finalized after the payment of 50%. You will receive an invoice with payment details.
2. The remaining 50% has to be paid at least 24 hours before the trip.
3. Cancellations 5 days or more before the start of the trip will receive a refund of their down payment.
4. Cancellations 5 days or less before the start of the trip will get half the down payment in return.
5. If the trip has not been paid, the trip cannot take place.
6. Trips cancelled by Martin due to weather or other circumstances can be rescheduled or refunded.
